Strange, in the races I play there never have been any rules in regards to racing and in-race behaviour. You must have been playing in some weird lobbies.

First of all, Re-Volt was not designed for 16-player lobbies. The original player cap for lobbies was 12 players. 16 player lobbies were introduced to RVGL to make it easier for more players to join in without having to play a second lobby, so less players would be excluded from playing if they join...

I guess not too different when you'd make a track from scratch. From the looks, it looks a bit more like RC Cars, or a hybrid between RC Cars and ReVolt. Not necessarily bad, but it's not the first moderrn RC racer, other fell into relative obscurity or arent actively developed. I wouldnt be surprised if the project was scrapped.

I think custom cups may have certain prerequisites necessary to be met to unlock them, just like silver/gold/plat cups? Ask under the cup uploads why they are locked or find a readme for those locked cups if there are any.
