All 3 downtown tracks have been updated! Minor fixes to vertex colors, mapping repairs in Downtown 2, and adjusting some pickup locations in Downtown 1. Change logs are in the respective Readme files. Some concept art and such: [snip] I love the extras. :D Especially the concept art is really cool....

The controller settings are now more specific (showing what controller I use, and giving names of buttons rather than saying things like 'Button 23'). Is this due to this or another RVGL update or is it due to an OS update?

That's quite cool! Nice to see Re-Volt mentioned in the context of technological advancement. However, I'm honestly sceptical about this being a simulation. Some things, like the frame falling off the wall at the end, seem too good to be true.

Isivolt 2 has a slighlty lower gravity which allows Pro cars with a battery and Super Pro cars to take a shortcut when entering the virtual reality section (they can jump over the wall with enough speed). I have several boat cars and two tracks in my Re-Volt installation. I now can't find most of them on RVZ or RVW, however... does anyone know where to get the original boat pack? I probably got it off Re-Volt Live.

Yeah, interesting! Seems like it's published by the same people as the GOG version... the same people who don't do much good for Re-Volt. I'm sure some more people will find their way to RVGL, Re-Volt World, etc though, through this, so I can't be disappointed!
