At least ban custom cars.

It needs to have some sort of data check to make sure players don't tamper with their params or collisions...

I don't think I can do it, but I'd like to see this project runs. I contacted my friends who also the composer to take a look at this project (and hopefully can compose together) because from June until July I'm free.
