It does. You need to run RVGL with the -register command then it will work. Note that the game will not actually start when you do this.

Typically, you would UV unwrap the model, export the UV layout and use it as a guide to paint the texture in whatever image editor. Cars in RV only use a single texture so everything related to it has to be on there. You could still make the texture first then try to map it on to the model but this ...

All you ever need to create a car is Blender 2.79b with the RV plugin, you won't require the use of any archaic tools. Speed ranges could be anywhere as long as the car is balanced for the class it's intended to be in. For Super Pro, it's 39.9 MPH to 50 MPH.

Your texture files are way way too big. RVZ has a file size limit of 15MB, just one of your textures is 12MB alone. You can save them as PNG and rename the extension to BMP to significantly cut down the file size. Also, 2048 x 2048 is excessively unnecessary, you could make that a lot smaller.

When you upload, the bar may get stuck at 100%. If this happens then assume it went through.

I also have this problem after exporting the car to RV, it has no texture, Same thing. The car either has no mapping or no texture assigned to it. Make sure the TPAGE path in the parameters is also correct. I can't export the vehicle's Hull (in fact I can, but it doesn't seem to work in the game) T...

The model either has no mapping or texture assigned. You need to import it into Blender and map it or just assign the texture in the UV window and export it.

I don't think this is actually a bug by design and I'm unsure where else to post this but it's something I've always been curious about.
