Re: Satellite images experiment
Yeah, I don't like them so much either.. These names are in the surrounding area of that map. I like the idea to stick to the original or close to the original area. But maybe that's not a good idea. I will try to think of some new names.

Re: Satellite images experiment
Thanks 607! I have an update on this "experiment" track. This week I tried to add some elements to the track. Like tires, billboards, fences and guardrails etc. http://javildesign.com/images/rvgl/map_2.jpg http://javildesign.com/images/rvgl/map_3.jpg Further I'm looking for a good name for...

Satellite images experiment
Hi all! Sometimes I need to distance myself from a current project to gain more creativity and then I like to experiment with some nice ideas I have in stock. This time I wanted to use a satellite image to create a track. The whole idea is to create a track from real existing roads. Or gritty and di...

Urban-X - WIP Track
Hi all Revolters, I'm currently working on a track called UrbanX. It's a concrete industrial place where they left all kind of toxic waste barrels laying around. The inspiration began with me following Gleb Alexandrov Blender tutorial named Game level texturing. My idea is to create a track where yo...

Re: Route-77
I finished Route-77! It was still a lot of work. I needed to check the whole .ncp, reverse and normal, again for errors. I had some vertex shadow issues in the tunnels and on the outside fences. I did finish the whole shadow vertex paint before, but somehow all my work of that disappeared. I also ne...

Re: Nali-Pa-Haven Diary
@kiwi, Ever thought of collaboration? I think when people with different levels of experience in this variety design can make an awesome track. There is so much to do. Modeling, texturing, photo-shopping, ingame elements, playability, sound/music and need to combine all those things in one amazing t...
