New track sorting

Hi everyone!

Although I’m currently not active in the RV scene I still want to suggest something:

Currently the tracks in the track selection screen are sorted by the stock tracks first and then the custom tracks in alphabetical order, which does not make any sense to me.

It would make much more sense to sort by difficulty AND alphabet (and maybe stock tracks mixed with the custom tracks instead of having them at the very start?)

The reason for this is that difficulty property for customs was not available for a very long while, thus most creations don't have it included and will show "Unknown". This is not an issue with the cars as all of them always had a defined rating.

Meanwhile, stocks taking priority as the base game progress is still heavily attached to them, so it makes more sense to sort them first, according to the progress table.

It could work if you have the track list customized to your specific needs, but this has to be optional and not default for now.
