Hosting RVGL game on 'modern' internet service?

Cheers. Is there any way to make RVGL connect to a game on a custom port, rather than 2310?
(My ISP's deployment of DS-Lite limits the ports that can be opened on the CGN to a range 1025-2047. I have no idea how widespread this kind of deployment is.)

Alternatively, are there any (changes to) plans to support IPv6 now that an (allegedly) backwards-compatible PR for Enet exists?
