How can I increase the maximum cars racing from 16 to lets say 20?

Is there any way to do it? I would like to do it for my own game, nothing crazy.

The only way is to use "clockwork carnage" race mode...
30 identical cars offline racing
(put the car you wish on "wincar4" folder but shoold still set as clockwork car, this may gave you "CHT" tag on online races)
