Off-Topic?

Where is the place, to talk about Off-Topic things? I found no matching board for it. The text underneath "The Bar" says Talk about general topics regarding Re-Volt and the community., so this is not the place for topics not related to Re-Volt at all?

I use forums since the late 90's, and there always was some kind of Off-Topic areas.

I had Discord in mind when it comes to offtopic. I'll see where an offtopic forum would fit most.

I thought The Bar is already offtopic, since BPT is not really a Re-Volt thing.
