Re-Volt World no longer work.

Is there a problem with re-volt world?
It's been taking me ages to get online, and when I do, I find I'm the only one.
And no more comments/ratings since 07/21, nor new creations...

The site is running very slow and downloads have been removed as of now. When I logged in yesterday, I couldn't download anything.
