The Re-Volt Hideout

Hello everyone, it's my first post here.
I read in the forum that the status of WeGo Interactive, which has the rights of Re-Volt, has strict implications on the development of the game. By look at their social media and on Google Play they seem to be bad, but maybe not totally.
Can someone give more information about them and their current status?

You mean whether they've filed for bankruptcy or not? As far as I know they haven't yet. I could've missed something, though.

Well, they don't have implications on the development of RVGL, only on the release of source code. The long term goal is to move away completely from the Re-Volt IP and turn RVGL into a general purpose engine / platform for games like Re-Volt, thus making it possible to release RVGL's code publicly.

Thanks for your resonses! I just thought that releasing source code will fasten the development.
