Would it be possible to to make the UFO and other flying cars to keep flying indefinitely and even control to a certain degree how high they do it,

For example by moving up and down the camera over a car would it be possible to make it fly upwards or downwards and maybe for the car makers to tune the speed so that it reaches a limit

It'd be so cool

There are actually such cars.
This one, for example. There were also several made for recent All's Fair events, I think.
