Improve replay viewing in-game as like: (make less lag; show fakes, explosions and a sigh of a star; correcting oil trails; showing the number of laps; number of position, if possible even race results and the best lap of each player; add pause of replay(not a whole game) to be able to change a camera view and player; add an option to start next replay inside replay; add increasing speed of viewing; add a replay rewind).

Or make a separate program with those additional options or burrow options from Trackmania for replays.

I understand that not all from the above written are possible.

I think being able to rewind/scroll would be the most important, as having to wait is annoying when something happened to you on the last lap.

And rewind/scroll would be technically relatively simple to program, too. The replay data is a series of points in time, each describing the state of the world, and actual gameplay calcuations are run between those points. Choose a different point in the array, feed it to the replay procedure, and you have scrolled.
