The Re-Volt Hideout

Tumbleweeds and cones can teleport on player's screens and cause a collision with them. They can either teleport and obstruct the player car or just disappear from the screen to somewhere else. No information on other objects teleporting, but the tumbleweed one is the most infuriating, sometimes causing an unavoidable and unexpected crash from hitting the tumbleweed that just decides to teleport in front on Ghost Town tracks.
