Getting several pickups in a short period of time / without using previously taken pickups

There is a bug known for a long time (at least for a year now) when a player in front of you would take several pickups in a short period of time or without using previously taken pickups
Footages (sadly I can't record live in the race bcs of low-end PC, so I can only record it in replays but I assure you that this is real, not a replay bugs and actually happened in the race):
