Directory at default preferences path is always created

Hello!

I'd like to report that RVGL calls for the creation of a directory at the default preferences path ("~/.local/share/RVGL", in my case) even if a path has been explicitly provided through the prefpath parameter. It does read profiles and settings from the provided location, but an empty directory is left at the default path.
