I wasn't sure I understood what it was all about.
But the intervention of kiwi has me well.
I agree with him one hundred percent.
And hilaire9 is one of the greatest track creator...

Ok,
I speak very bad English and I get a lot helped by Google Trad.
It is therefore difficult for me to fully understand the intentions between the lines (the words ?).
but I understand your point now.
When I discovered Re-Volt (in 2005), I would hope that authors would come together to create new cups.
With RVGL, it is now possible to do it either very easily.
But your request (your dream) seems quite unachievable to me...

lol just grab blender, put the re-volt plugin into it and start shaping your ideas into reality. Then if you will have made something somewhat decent you can continue it and make a full track and/or make a collaboration with somebody and/or give the assets for the public to use and eventually maybe someone would finish it.

Telling others to do a track you came up with is just plain stupid. You could have just dropped your ideas with sketches, but telling others do do it and do collabs and whatnot...

And hil's tracks are generally very good in terms of racing/driving, the graphics have the older feel to them that is characteristic to his tracks but back then the tools (and even hardware) were also worse so it's not really comparable or fair to say that the older creators didn't put enough effort into their tracks.
