The Re-Volt Hideout

Hello,
I have a problem with launching a game.
I have downloaded RVGL Launcher, then went through the downloading the packs. At the end, when I tried to launch the game, it tells me, that I need to install two packs: "rwgl_win64" and "arm_oldatef".
The first one is shown as "installed", the second one as "pendingi install".
And nothing more was done.
Do you have any advice how to go through these problems?

Hello,
This weekend im going to host lan Party for 15 ppl to also play RE- Volt on LAN Offline.
When i downloaded file yesterday around 3pm it was zip file, now when me or any of my friends try to download it goes with EXE file and eventually doesnt work at their pcs, was something changed since yesterday ?
