[Battle Tag] Add Best Tag Time, Current Tag Time and Total Game timer?

Hey! On this days, Battle Tag you can see only the time left on you and the other players (Needs Rename to Time Left on your local timer)
Also is possible to add a Tag Time, Best Tag Time & Total Game Time? (Only if detects a star pickup in Arena)
Tag Time: How it would work? It's simple, when you grab the star or you have the glow, the time to hold it will count from 0 seconds until it is stolen and will reset the timer when you grab it again.
Best Tag Time it would only show the longest you had the glow without being stolen in the entire game.
The game time, would be the time of the total arena, from the GO signal. Since we never know how many minutes we are playing until 1st player ends

Would be great to add the option to change Time Tag in the same spot as "'Next Track''
And that's it, sounds weird but it would be good for the competitive
