Voobly Re-Volt game lobby finally fixed

Hi the Voobly lobby is now fixed. Go see this thread:

All you need is to install RVGL in C:/rvgl apply reg file . Install Voobly and it show work.
You can also edit installation path:
-Open rvgl.reg and edit the following
Windows Registry Editor Version 5.00
[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\WOW6432Node\Microsoft\Microsoft Games\RVGL]
[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\WOW6432Node\Microsoft\Microsoft Games\RVGL\1.0]
"EXE Path"="C:\\RVGL" <--------- Edit this line.
