JOKER Cheat error

Hello there. I'm going to report a bug in the RVGL. It doesn't crash the game, but it doesn't ruin your enjoyment. I'd like to report it anyway.

When you enter the JOKER cheat and select a car with skin and enter the race, it ignores the colour you choose.

Solution suggestion
* To enable it to read the selected skin.
* Another solution is to prevent skin selection while the JOKER trick is active.
