Custom animation trigger flag high cannot be set to -1

While reading the documentation about custom animations for something not related to this issue, I have noticed that it should be possible to trigger a custom animation only during the last lap, by setting the flag high of the corresponding trigger to -1.

Flag high: The lap to trigger in (0 = any lap, -1 = last lap, n = nth lap).

However the flag high can only take a value between 0 and 63, so this feature can't be used. It would be good on the track Berryland Muffinworks.
