Bring Back the ms/ping indicator in name as a .ini config

This was in old versions of RVGL, it would be nice to implement it again but have it say Ping instead of MS, in case it doesn't appear the numbers, just say nop2p. The .ini option can be called MultiNamePing & let the numbers be used in the current -showping command
