I can see a couple of things going wrong, but it'd be helpful if we have a clear description of the issues so we know exactly what we should be looking at.

For one, it looks like everyone except you get the countdown but you are stuck waiting. Any idea why you alone are waiting? (eg, was your connection with the host particularly bad?) It is important that you get a proper countdown, otherwise your game clock will not be in sync with the other players, so everything will jitter badly.

You also mentioned one player was cheating, but we don't see any [CHT] tag. Do you suspect someone was hacking the game's network protocol?

Firstly I want to say that the cause was that I was connected to the VPN from my work, once I disconnected from it everything was ok

As for bugs
Countdown never appeared for me
After going to spec and rejoining I couldn't move even though I was pressing forward also no usual racing interface (distance radat, pickup window, times, speedometer) and no nicknames appeared for me

About Skandar cheating it was obviously a joke about how Skandar started going very fast after using a battery without visual effect of battery
