I'm not familiar with Endless OS. As far as I understand it's based on Debian.

Did you follow these instructions when installing the launcher? https://re-volt.gitlab.io/rvgl-launcher/#linux

I just installed the flatpak package 'RVGL Launcher for GNU/Linux (Flatpak)'.
It doesn't always give this error, only 1 or 2 times on the 6th or 7th race.

It's look like : "libFLAC.so.12" and "libFLAC.so.8" are missing : at least one of theme is needed to hear FLAC sounds.
It's the same for "libfluidsynth.so.3", "libfluidsynth.so.2" and "libfluidsynth.so.1"...
