Does anyone have a Backup from old cars in Revolt-Zone ?
New member,
Hello There! i joined to request something i lost.
I lost some files that i kept as an archive of sorts in a comfy Windows XP HDD, and those car mods a good chunk of them dont exist in RevoltWorld.
I have tried to use data recovery software but to no avail.
For example.
Like "Crasher" ( a Monster Truck with black Paint and red stripes ) and a custom Bertha Ballistics with black Paint and flames on the side.
Such vehicles are now lost.
Does anyone have a handy Backup ?
If possible, please do Share.
This game means a lot to me, and i used to go on Revolt-Zone in the old days as a guest to download mods for Re-volt.
It was only very recently Zach did shut down the website, luck of the devil.
I'll wait for a response.
For good or for worse.
Micael

Perhaps you could try a web archive service.
For example: https://wayback-classic.net/cgi-bin/his ... one.net%2F

I dont think that seems to be working.
It gives an error.
Unlike Carmageddon depositories, those do work "sometimes". But those mods i kept them in a different HDD.
If only revolt-zone was on life support like a memorial

I think I have all of them. Tell me what you need and I'll try to find something.

Here:
download
Not all cars in this pack might be from re-volt-zone. And some cars I maigtht have in different folders. If you need a particular car let me know. I'll search for it.

I will do a full scan to see if the majority of the files i lost in this endeavor of mine can at last rest at ease.
If i knew the names of the files my friend, i wouldnt have so much trouble spelling them.
But there is this Monster Truck with a lower height that has red flames and black Paint, white-ish wheels that i cant seem to get anywhere, the folder name is either Crasher or Crusher, but the .zip file may be a completely different name.
And then, a custom Bertha Ballistics with red-yellow flames covering a black paint body, it has a gun also mounted on top of it.
This is as far as i can detail these vehicles.
I do hope Zach makes these files public in some vault or archive at RevoltWorld.
The same way Toshiba-3 curates Carmageddon mods on his Road Reaction 2000 website.
Friend if i find what Im looking for, i'll get back to you.
Have a Nice weekend!

Crusher - link
It might have different statistics than the original Crusher because I balance all my custom vehicles. And it has unfinished carbox made by me.

Hahaha i also like to edit the paramaters txt when choosing a vehicle for a certain rank, including the handling itself. The AI part is always the most annoying when a particular mod car comes with a bad AI setup ( most of the Times never reaching podium in the 3rd-5th place range.)
So far i have enough vehicles for Rookie, Amateur. The remaining ranks are whats left.
I did repaint some vehicles using Windows XP Paint like bedbug, lunchbox, road ramp etcetc duplicates with a different name, and a different transmission.
Truly it is a beautiful hobby to have.
Again, thank you brother.
