SADIST and pickups OFF

SADIST cheat can be used in all game modes (except Time Trial) even if pickups are set to OFF, and so the top-left window that shows picked weapon is not appearing. Weapons can be still used with SADIST, just the player can't see what he picks. In racing game modes the number "3" appears (for 3 balloons and rockets), in Practice and Stunt Arena they do not, but weapons from SADIST can be used nontheless. I don't know if this is a glitch or not, but feels like one – if pickups are OFF, then weapons should be too, even with SADIST, because pickups=weapons?

Or otherwise show the weapon window with "pickups OFF" with SADIST ON, but that would make little sense, as pickups are supposed to be "OFF".

2 more things about SADIST:
– When used with pickups OFF, Clones do not rotate (single race, championship, I guess multi and Tag the same), indicating weapons should not be able to be used even with SADIST.
– When used with either pickups OFF or ON, Clones do not rotate on modes that never utilize pickups – Practice and Stunt Arena – indicating weapons should never be able to be used there even with SADIST.
