Triggers for Force Fields

I just wanted to post this here since I had this plan while I was working on a track where you could get a "power up" (custom anim, not a real power up), and the gravity of the entire map would shift. Basically, you pass through a trigger box and it activates an already placed force field, which is initially inactive.

I honestly had a false memory that this was already possible, but I was wrong! I do not know if this can even be implemented, but it would be cool.
