Are you planning to use the environment, instances and textures from the Holiday Camp to create a sort of alternative version?

Yes.
Ill also use a few from kiwi's "Appalachain RC" for the nature (Bushes and trees). The whole track will be decorated.
And yes, its Another version of holiday camp.
